The cutting of cake at your wedding has a long history of symbolism, playing an important part of a couple’s nuptials. From fertility, to a promise to care for one another by feeding each other cake, to a reminder of the longevity of relationships by beginning the cutting from the bottom tier, to a far more modern take as an extension of the couples unique style whether that be conveyed through the flavour choices or the overall aesthetic of the design. It is a centuries old tradition to serve cake at weddings and a delicious way to thank your guests for sharing in your special day.
Note – the below prices are a guide only, and are based on our basic flavour options with a plain white buttercream finish. Gourmet flavours and fillings attract an additional fee. Decorative icing and decorative detail incur additional costs based on time to create. Tiered and oversized cakes are P.O.A.
